What people have to say about me:

“Erika is very flexible and will research and then design specific exercises when I ask her for help with particular muscle groups to enhance the activities I participate in – horsesback riding, for example.” -Aviva, Client since 2009

“She has lots of experience in physiology and nutrition (and does tons of continuing education), and she really helps me to get motivated (when sometimes it’s hard to get my lazy butt to actually work out). Erika also helps me with my diet and eating habits — and she really cares about her clients…she even helps me pick better choices from restaurant menus when she knows I’m going out to dinner with friends.”

-Nick, Client since 2010

“I used to dread working out, but Erika changed all that. She makes your workouts challenging, but fun. She will push you, but will also understand your limits.”

-Jamie, Client since 2011

My Story

Working-Out-At-HomeFor as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for fitness. I had my first aerobics VHS tape by the tender age of three and was an avid weightlifter by the time I started high school. In 2005 I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome), a medical condition that can bring on a variety of complications including weight gain and diabetes. I was (and am) determined to not let this disease change my life, so I began a personal journey toward regaining control of my health. After hours of research and time at the gym, I lost all of the 30 pounds I gained while struggling with PCOS.

The battle to regain my health inspired me to become a  personal trainer. I hold certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), TRX Suspension Training Systems, Precision Nutrition and have received additional Anatomy and Physiology instruction from UCLA. Since becoming certified in 2009, I have had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of ages and special populations ranging from overweight teens to senior citizens.

CR Aniversary

In 2014 I sold my Los Angeles-based personal training business and moved abroad with my husband, Colin. We are currently in Europe but we move a lot! This huge turning point in our lives inspired me to refocus my business on coaching women with PCOS. I am insanely passionate about helping women live a PCOS-friendly lifestyle! I wake up everyday and look forward to going to work.  Nothing I could achieve on my own could ever top all of the successes I share with my clients!
